Return and Refund Policy

At Cozymarts 2, we want you to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
